SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to install FrontPage 2000, the following symptoms may occur:
- You receive the following error message:
When you click OK, Setup terminates.
You create a verbose log file by using a command line similar to the following:
d:\setup.exe /L*V c:\verboselog.txt
When you open the Verboselog.txt log file in WordPad and scroll to the bottom of the log file, you see text similar to the following:
MSI (c) (C9:A5): Executing op: ActionStart(Name=RemoveODBC,,) Action 12:03:14: RemoveODBC. CAUSE
This problem can occur when your ODBC Control Panel files are corrupted.
