Summary:
The MS-DOS GRAFTABL command does not support the multilingual code page 850, even though Page 78 of the “Microsoft MS-DOS 3.30 User’s Reference” states that GRAFTABL supports this code page.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 3.30. This problem does not occur in later versions of MS-DOS.
