SYMPTOMS
In Visio 2000, after you reorder pages, Cross-Functional Flowchart bands no longer snap to existing bands.

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Visio 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1).

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Visio 2000 SR-1.

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior
- On the File menu, point to New, point to Flowchart, and then click Cross-Functional Flowchart.
- On the Insert menu, click Page to insert a new page. Click OK when you are prompted to copy bands.
- Reorder the pages by right-clicking the Page-2 tab and then clicking Reorder Pages.
- Drag functional band shapes onto the drawing page.
Note that the functional bands do not snap to existing bands on the page as they should.
