SUMMARY
After you install the Microsoft Outlook E-mail Security Update, you are prompted with various messages when you schedule a presentation broadcast by using the Online Broadcast feature of Microsoft PowerPoint 2000.

These warning messages occur when you send the schedule request. The first message is the following:
If you click Yes, you are prompted a second time. After you click Yes again, the warning goes away. However, you can click to select the Allow access for check box, and specify an amount of time, up to 10 minutes, that PowerPoint can access the address book.
Next, you receive a dialog box that delays sending the e-mail message for five seconds. After that time has elapsed, you can send the request by clicking Yes. The following is the text of the message:
Finally, if you choose to replace an existing file that is scheduled for broadcast by clicking Replace a file that is currently scheduled for Broadcast in the Broadcast Scheduling window, you are again prompted to allow access to your address list. If you click No, PowerPoint then prompts you with the following message:
If you click Yes, you are taken to the Schedule a New Broadcast window. If you click No, the message is removed. This does not remove the already scheduled broadcast from your calendar.
