SYMPTOMS
When you install Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4 build 8806, the file Dtcrt.dll is not installed to the \Triedit\ folder as it should be.
RESOLUTION
Install the Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4 released-to-market version.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4 build 8806. This bug was corrected in the release-to-market version of Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4.
