SYMPTOMS

When you use the SmithMicro Software Inc. VideoLink Mail version 2 program and try to configure it with Intel Create & Share Camera Pack, the VideoLink Mail program may not include the camera pack in its hardware list.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, contact SmithMicro Software Inc.
