Sound Repeats When You Try to Stop MIDI File from Playing After Resuming from Standby Mode

SYMPTOMS

When you are using MediaRack to listen to a MIDI file and you then put the computer in standby mode, the sound repeats the last note after you resume the computer and try to click Stop. This behavior occurs on a Hewlett-Packard Pavilion 8595C computer.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, click Stop in MediaRack before you put the computer into standby mode.

To stop the sound, click Play and then click Stop again, or restart MediaRack.
