SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access to navigate to a folder with a name that ends in a script-mapped extension, you are unable to do any of the following:

  • View the folder.
  • Display or post messages to the folder.
  • Delete the folder.


WORKAROUND

You can rename the folder to work around this issue.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
