SYMPTOMS
The End User's License Agreement (EULA) displayed during installation is covered on the beta version by the Break the Seal Non-Disclosure Agreement packaging, but this is unnecessary. Only the placeholder EULA card must be present.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4 beta version. This bug was corrected in the release-to-market version of Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4.
