SYMPTOMS
When you install Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4, English (ENU) version build 8799, both the Foxhelp.exe file and Foxisapi.dll file are not updated.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install the released-to-market version of Visual Studio Service Pack 4.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4 build 8799. This bug was corrected in the release-to-market version of Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4.

- Install Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Server, ENU version.
- Install the complete Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition, ENU version.
- Install the complete Visual J++ 6.0 Professional Edition, ENU version.
- Install Visual Studio 6.0 SP3, ENU version.
- Install Visual Studio 6.0 SP4, ENU version (build 8799).
