SYMPTOMS

When you install Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4 build 8799 on German or Japanese language platforms, you receive the English End User License Agreement (EULA).



RESOLUTION

Install Visual Studio Service Pack 4 release-to-market version.



STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4 build 8799. This bug was corrected in the release-to-market version of Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4.
