SYMPTOMS
When you install Visual Studio Service Pack 4, Japanese (JPN) version (build 8796), the Dtcrt.dll file in Visual InterDev is not updated.
CAUSE
This is a known bug in Visual Studio Service Pack 4, JPN version (build 8796).
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install the released-to-market version of Visual Studio Service Pack 4.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4, Japanese version, build 8796.
This bug was corrected in the release-to-market version of Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4.

- Install Visual Studio 6.0 Professional, JPN version.
