SYMPTOMS
When you install Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4, English (ENU) version (build 8791), both the Msjava.lib file and the Pkginst.exe file are not updated in Visual J++ version 6.0.
CAUSE
This is a known bug in Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4, ENU version (build 8791).
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install the released-to-market (RTM) version of Visual Studio Service Pack 4.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4 build 8791. This bug was corrected in the release-to-market version of Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4.

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior
- Install the Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Server, ENU version.
- Install the complete Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition, ENU version.
- Install Visual J++ 6.0 Professional, ENU version (client only).
- Install Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4, ENU version (build 8791).
