SYMPTOMS

When you use the Page Setup command to adjust the page settings in the Microsoft Works 2000 Word Processor, you may receive the following error message:

Wkswp caused a Divide By Zero fault in module BROHL94A.

NOTE: You may also receive this error message when you attempt to print a document.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

  • Your default printer is a Brother HL-641 printer.
  • The printer driver for your printer is outdated.


RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact your printer manufacturer to inquire about how to obtain and install the latest printer driver for your printer.
