SYMPTOMS
Windows 2000 does not recognize video adapters that are based on the RCC (Serverworks) HE chip set on AGP video adapters that use the "CPU to AGP controller" (Agpcpq.sys) driver. Windows 2000 installs the "Default VGA" video driver.
CAUSE
The Agpcpq.sys driver does not recognize the RCC HE chip set.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS
