SYMPTOMS
When you try to set up an Internet connection in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and receive an Internet Explorer Install on Demand dialog box, you may notice that the text of the dialog box says "To display this page correctly..." even though you are not trying to view a Web page. This may occur after you perform a Custom installation of Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, click Download in the Internet Explorer Install on Demand dialog box, to download the Internet Connection Wizard.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
