SYMPTOMS
If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.5 on a Macintosh computer to gain access to Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), compose and save a message as a draft, close the message, and then complete the message later, after you send the message the recipients may be listed more than once.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
MORE INFORMATION
If you work with a message more than twice and save the message more than twice, the recipient is listed more than twice, instead of being listed only once as expected.
However, only one copy of the message is actually sent to the recipient.
