SYMPTOMS
When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) to view messages in a folder that are sorted by sender, the plus (+) icon does not change to a minus (-) when you expand the sender's name.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
MORE INFORMATION
This behavior does not affect the usage of OWA, only the appearance of the icon. You can safely ignore it.
