SYMPTOMS
When you use the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) calendar in the seven-day (Week) mode, and you try to create new appointments by double-clicking where the appointments are normally be displayed, no new appointment form appears.
You can only create a new appointment by clicking the New Appointment icon on the OWA toolbar.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
