SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to copy multiple items to the Microsoft Office Clipboard, only one item is copied at a time.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur the Office Clipboard is not activated before you attempt to copy and paste to it.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, activate the Office Clipboard within an e-mail message or any other Office program before you attempt to copy and paste to it.
To activate the Office Clipboard:
Within Outlook:
- Open a new e-mail message.
- Right-click anywhere in the toolbar at the top of the message, and then click Office Clipboard on the shortcut menu.
In other Office programs:
- Open the program.
- Right-click an empty area in the toolbar at the top of the message, and then click Office Clipboard on the shortcut menu.
