SYMPTOMS

When you are using Bentley MicroStation Version 5.0 on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer, an error may occur when you try to print.

CAUSE

Specifically, when you mark a region with a fence in one of the MicroStation views, and you then try to print from the MicroStation File menu, a MicroStation Exception dialog box may display this message:

MicroStation exiting with exception c0000029.

When you click OK, MicroStation closes.
