SYMPTOMSWhen you are using the SKIP= option in an executable file, it does not ignore blank lines. This can occur on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional.
CAUSEThis behavior can occur because the SKIP= option counts blank lines instead of ignoring them as is done during parsing.
