SYMPTOMS
In Outlook 2000 running on Microsoft Windows 2000, if you first minimize a mail message and then minimize Outlook, clicking the mail message button on the taskbar does not restore the message.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
