SYMPTOMS
When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), you can change the importance of an already existing message.
If you are logged on to a valid OWA mailbox, click on an existing message, and then click Edit, you can change the importance of the message.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
