SYMPTOMS
When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 to run Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) and you create a new message, you cannot paste the message subject into the message body. This occurs when you click Paste from the Edit menu, or right-click the body of the message, and click Paste.
WORKAROUND
Press CTRL+V to paste the message subject into the body.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
