SYMPTOMS
When you filter the data displayed in a Microsoft Office PivotTable list, the totals displayed in the PivotTable list appear to be incorrect. When you click the filter list, you see that the check boxes for some items have been selected or cleared unexpectedly.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
