Joystick Passes Test Even If the Axis Has Not Been Manipulated

SYMPTOMS

When you test a joystick on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, and you do not move the axes to the maximum position (or you do not move them at all), the test succeeds, even though it should not, due to the lack of movement.


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional.
