We strongly recommend that all users upgrade to Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) version 6.0 running on Microsoft Windows Server 2003. IIS 6.0 significantly increases Web infrastructure security. For more information about IIS security-related topics, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

In Windows NT Explorer or My Computer, you can share folders through the use of the Web Sharing tab when Personal Web Server (on Windows NT Workstation) or Internet Information Server (on Windows NT Server) is installed. If this tab is missing, a required dynamic link library (DLL) file is either corrupt or unregistered.

The file W3ext.dll is unregistered.

To resolve this problem: from a command prompt, type regsvr32 w3ext.dll.
