SUMMARY

The 7-day Week view of the Calendar displays each day as a block of appointments for that day. The 5-day Work Week view displays each day as a column listing each time slot. This article describes how to modify the 5-day weekly view to display seven daily columns.

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Preferences tab, click Calendar Options.
  3. Under Calendar Work Week, click to select each day you want to display.
