SYMPTOMS
If you use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to create a new appointment that contains double-byte character set (DBCS) characters in the Subject or Location field or in the appointment body, and then you repeatedly save changes to the appointment, an access violation may occur in the Inetinfo.exe file, and the following events may be logged in the application event log:
Note that the second event may be logged multiple times.
CAUSE
Insufficient memory is allocated to perform the operation on the Exchange Server computer.
RESOLUTION

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Outlook Web Access version 5.5. This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4.
