SUMMARY

Outlook installed as Internet Mail Only (IMO) does not support using Microsoft Schedule+ as your primary calendar. If you attempt to use Schedule+ as your primary calendar, you may receive the following error message when you try to start Schedule+:

There was a problem starting Microsoft Schedule+.

MORE INFORMATION

To use Schedule+ as your primary Outlook calendar, you must install Outlook using the Corporate or Workgroup (CW) option. The Internet Mail Only option in Setup does not install the MAPI files needed to support collaboration with the Schedule+ calendar.
