SYMPTOMS

When you play Microsoft NBA Inside Drive 2000, you may experience a slow video frame rate and poor graphics performance in the game.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if a video adapter based on the Riva TNT or 3Dfx Voodoo2 chipsets is installed in your computer.

RESOLUTION

You may be able to resolve this issue if you disable the anti-aliasing and sync-to-refresh rate features of your video adapter.
