SYMPTOMS
When you play Microsoft Pandora's Box, sound in the game may be scratchy or distorted.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the sound driver for the sound card installed in your computer is outdated.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact your sound card manufacturer to inquire about how to obtain and install the latest version of the sound driver for your sound card.

To work around this issue, turn off sound and music in Pandora's Box:
- On the Pandora's Box startup screen, click Options.
- Click the Sound button to turn it off.
- Click the Music button to turn it off.
- Click Apply.
