SYMPTOMS
When you print a Microsoft Works 2000 Spreadsheet document that contains cells with borders to a black and white (monochrome) printer, some of the borders may not be printed as expected.
For example, borders with a color setting of White may be printed as black lines, and borders with a setting of Light Gray may be printed as white lines (and therefore be invisible).
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the printer driver for your printer is outdated.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact your printer manufacturer to inquire about how to download and install the latest printer driver for your printer.
