SYMPTOMS
When you export a Works Calendar as a vCalendar (.vcs) file, some of the appointments in the calendar may not be exported.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if a category title in the calendar contains a semicolon.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, edit the category title to remove the semicolon:
- In Works Calendar, click Categories on the Edit menu.
- In the Edit Categories dialog box, click the category that you want to edit.
- In the box next to the Add button, type a new name for the category that does not contain a semicolon.
- Click Rename, and then click OK.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
