SYMPTOMS

You may receive a STOP 0xC000021a error message on a Terminal Server when you run the Pviewer.exe Resource Kit tool, or when you run any performance tool that attempts to gather "costly counters." Costly counters are a set of four data items that can be retrieved (for example, thread details or process image names that take extra processing to gather the data for).

RESOLUTION

STATUS
