      • When entire project ends: The background sound continues until the end of the project.

Troubleshooting

If the background sound is longer than the entire project, the background sound stops before the entire sound is played. To change this behavior, increase the duration of the project to match the length of the background sound by increasing the duration setting for each page in the project.

If you insert a background sound that is longer than the duration of the page, the page may not change until sound playback is finished. To change this behavior, manually change the duration setting for the page, or change the Stop sound setting for the background sound to either the When entire project ends or the To end after setting.

To change the duration setting for a page:

  1. Under Main Options, click Change page or background, and then click Background effects or sounds.
  2. Click Motion Effects.
  3. Under Set the page duration to, click Set to this number of seconds, and then type the number of seconds you want to wait before the page is changed.
  4. Click OK.

To change the "Stop sound" setting for the background sound:

  1. Under Main Options, click Change page or background, and then click Background effects or sounds.
  2. Click Sound Effects.
  3. In the Stop sound box, click When entire project ends or To end after.
  4. Click OK.
