Summary:
In Multiplan, a header will print on the first line following the top margin, not within the top margin.
A footer will print on the line preceding the bottom margin, not within the bottom margin.
If a row in the header or footer cell reference contains more text than fits on a printed line, Multiplan truncates the text.
