SYMPTOMS
After you apply Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 to your computer running Windows NT 4.0, 16-bit programs (such as Edit.com) may stop responding (hang) when you close them.
CAUSE
This problem is caused by a stack corruption because of an uninitialized variable.
RESOLUTION
Windows NT Server or Workstation 4.0
