SYMPTOMS

After you install Links LS 1998 Edition, the Matrox video adapter that is installed in the computer may no longer function correctly.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because Links LS 98 conflicts with the Matrox Powerdesk utility.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, disable the Matrox Powerdesk utility. For information about how to accomplish this task, consult the printed documentation or online Help file provided with your Matrox video adapter.
