SYMPTOMS
After you upgrade your computer from Microsoft Windows 98 to Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 or Microsoft Windows 2000, you may receive the following error messages from Network Associates' First Aid 98 program:
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the First Aid 98 program is not compatible with Windows NT or Windows 2000. The Windows NT upgrade report does not identify Windows Guardian as incompatible and does not remove it from the Start menu.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.

First Aid 98 is designed primarily for the consumer market and should be used only on computers running Windows 95 or Windows 98. Contact Network Associates to see whether there is a version that is compatible with Windows NT or Windows 2000.
