SYMPTOMS
After you apply Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5, Outlook Web Access (OWA) may stop and produce the following Drwtsn32.log:
Application exception occurred: App: Inetinfo.DBG (pid=333) When: 4/8/1997 @ 15:27:56.295 Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)
CAUSE
OWA stops responding (crashes) trying to render a custom view.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server version 5.5. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
