Summary:

When a cell is named using relative references, it always changes to an absolute cell address. You cannot change the cell name to use a relative reference.

Multiplan uses the absolute cell address to define the cell(s) that the name is to refer to. If relative references are entered, Multiplan will convert them to the appropriate absolute cell address.
