SYMPTOMS
You place a user-defined keywords field on a custom Outlook form, but when you print the form, the keywords field does not print.
RESOLUTION
If you need to print custom keywords fields, you can use Microsoft Word (or another progarm that supports Automation) as a report generating tool.
For additional information about using Word to generate custom Outlook printouts, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
MORE INFORMATION
A keywords field is designed to hold multiple values and is the same type of field as the commonly known Categories field, which is available on all types of Outlook forms. The Categories field, because it is a standard field, does print correctly.
