SYMPTOMS
When you copy text from QUALCOMM Eudora Pro 4.1 and attempt to paste into a Word 2000 document, the text is not pasted.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, paste the text into a Word 2000 document as either Formatted Text (RTF) or Unformatted Text, using the following steps:
- After copying text from Eudora Pro 4.1, switch to your Microsoft Word 2000 document.
- On the Edit menu, click Paste Special.
- In the Paste Special dialog box, click to select either Formatted Text (RTF) or Unformatted Text and then click OK.
