SYMPTOMS

When you copy text from QUALCOMM Eudora Pro 4.1 and attempt to paste into a Word 2000 document, the text is not pasted.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, paste the text into a Word 2000 document as either Formatted Text (RTF) or Unformatted Text, using the following steps:

  1. After copying text from Eudora Pro 4.1, switch to your Microsoft Word 2000 document.
  2. On the Edit menu, click Paste Special.
  3. In the Paste Special dialog box, click to select either Formatted Text (RTF) or Unformatted Text and then click OK.
