SYMPTOMS
When you preview an e-mail project in one of the programs listed at the beginning of this article or in Microsoft Internet Explorer, you may experience the following symptoms:
- Animations in the project do not move smoothly.
- Animations in the project blink or flash rapidly.

You may be able to resolve this issue using one of the following methods.
Install the Latest Video Driver for Your Video Adapter
Obtain and install the latest video driver for the video adapter installed in your computer. To do this, contact the manufacturer of your video adapter.
