SYMPTOMS
When an Exchange Server user replies to a message from a Lotus Notes user, the message may cause the LSMEXNTS process to increase CPU use to 80 percent or more and stop moving messages.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server version 5.5. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS
