SYMPTOMS
When you print a message in Outlook Express, the date and time on the printed copy may be different from the date and time in Outlook Express.
CAUSE
When you view a message in Outlook Express, the date and time indicate when the message was sent by the originator.
When you print a message, the date and time indicate when the message was received by the recipient.
STATUS
This issue no longer occurs in Outlook Express 5. In Outlook Express 5, the data and time are the same on the screen and in printed messages.
