SYMPTOMS
When you establish a connection to your OLAP server for use with the Microsoft Office PivotTable component, the Data member list in the Property Toolbox is empty, and you cannot select the cube that you want to summarize.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if you are using a third-party OLEDB provider to connect to your OLAP data source.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
