SYMPTOMS

After you scan an image with the Primax Colorado 600p scanner, Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000 may stop responding (hang).

WORKAROUND

Use a different graphics program to scan your image using the Primax Colorado 600p scanner. After the image is scanned, either copy and paste the image into Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000, or save the image as a graphics file from the other graphic program and open the file in Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000.
